How can I test the service before paying?

Start off by creating a free account, which will let you test most of features. If you'd like to test all our features, customizations & integrations, join the performance plan and use the trial period to experiment with our full-service capabilities. If you choose not to continue in the performance plan, you can downgrade or ask us to move you to a different plan. Just remember to do so before the trial period ends.

How can I access my data once it is collected?

You will get access to answers, responses, and performance reports in your reports dashboard. You can also export the responses at any time. In advanced plans, you can configure automations that send the data to your prefered systems (e.g. marketing automation) and get notified by email on each submission in real-time.

How do you handle my data?

Your data is 100% yours. Data is hosted on AWS Amazon servers following security and privacy industry standards. All data is encrypted in transit and in rest. Your data is backed up in multiple locations. You can remove your data from our servers at any time.
