Man United 1-0 Barcelona, 2008
It wasn't full of goals, but any side who beat Barcelona at their best deserves some praise. United managed to grind out a 0-0 in the first leg.
Luckily for them, it worked out just fine, after Paul Scholes scored in the opening 15 minutes to put United a goal ahead in the second leg. It was the only goal of the tie, and sent them to the final.

Arsenal 1-3 Man United, 2009
Beating your domestic rivals is always fun, and while at this point Arsenal were well and truly on the downwards spiral that would haunt them for years, United fans still remember it fondly.
Going 2-0 up early on was a joy for United fans and finished Arsenal off, given they were already trailing 1-0 from the first leg.

Man United 3-2 AC Milan, 2007
A tie United lost on aggregate, but a game that provided fans with one of their all time Wayne Rooney moments.
After he scored a late winner, Rooney celebrated with absolute glee, and to this day, fans haven't forgotten. Sadly, the two away goals conceded were too much, and United went on to lose the second leg 3-0 as well.

Man United 4-3 Real Madrid, 2003
United once again ended up losing this tie, but the game itself was one of brilliance.
Beckham was brilliant - and would of course move to Real Madrid, and for entertainment value it's up there. Sadly, the real Ronaldo proved just why he's the best of the lot, and netted a hat-trick.

Man United 4-0 Porto, 1997
Eric Cantona took this game by the scruff of the neck, and showed everyone just how good he was - if they even needed the reminder.
The United forward was sublime and the reason the Red Devils managed to get through the quarter-finals. Porto may have been one of the favourites, but the attacking United line up did what Fergie wanted, and went all out annihilation.

Man United 4-1 Schalke, 2011
United were far and away the better side.United won out 6-1 overall.
As fun as it is to see your side go through with a last minute winner, sometimes it's just nice to see them batter the opposition and be able to take it all in and enjoy.
Even Anderson and Gibson did well, and you can watch it here.

1999 is the season that will live on in the memory of United fans. It was an astonishing season, and while people talk about the semi-final and the final, the game against Inter Milan was huge.
David Beckham and Dwight Yorke were heroes, and Beckham managed to ignore the speculation about how he would fare against Diego Simeone after the World Cup red card.

Any win by such a margin is going to send the fans home happy. United were on cloud nine after this game and were sublime.
The side was build around Wayne Rooney and Cristiano Ronaldo, and it did the business. Losing the first leg 2-1 was a distant memory by full time of this game.

Man United 4-0 AC Milan, 2010
Seeing David Beckham return to Old Trafford and get beaten was sweet for the fans. AC also had Ronaldinho in their side, but to no avail, as United made light work of sweeping past them.
Wayne Rooney scored twice in the first leg and had another world class game here, and showed just how good he could be at his peak.

Juventus 2-3 Man United 1999
Well, obviously. There was never going to be any other game to take the top spot. United fans remember the final heroics well, but the semi-final was just as nerve racking.
Andy Cole and Dwight Yorke were sublime, and made sure United got to the final against Bayern Munich. A night to remember for all time.
