Division Staff Course
-
Flagship is when a Division gets to 500 members and a Division Leader can start working towards splitting his/her Division.
-
To split a Division they must obtain Flagship first, by asking a Director.
-
The Director will approach the C.C.O. and ask permission for the specific Division to split. They will both evaluate all the Officers within that Division. If all is approved, the Director will start the Flagship process.
- The process includes making sure all Squad Officer positions are in place, all CMS and Tags are matching, and all Bios and Uniforms of every member in the specific Division are correct otherwise they will be removed.
-
It is mandatory that at least 90% of the specific Division is verified to be in the RoaR Club, every Uniform must be the same by RoaR standards, all Staff positions must be filled before splitting including Division Staff, and Flagship status must be obtained before splitting.
-
If the specific Division falls under 450 members they will lose their Flagship status and have to reapply.
-
The specific Division will have 1 week to get any removed members corrected and back onto the CMS and/or their numbers back up to 500 to receive Flagship once again.
- There are some exceptions to obtain Flagship at RoaR Senior Leadership's discretion.
-
For a Division split to occur the specific Division must be Flagship for at least 1 week.
-
The specific Division must have a minimum of 500 members, full complement Division Staff, a minimum of 4 Squads, and at least 90% of the specific Division verified to be in the RoaR Club.
-
The existing Division Leader must compile and submit a complete list of which Staff will transfer to the new Division.
-
The specific Division must know which Squads will stay in the existing Division and which Squads will go to the new Division.
- The Division Leader of the existing Division may be promoted to Director, the Co Division Leader would then take over as the new Division Leader of their choice of the existing Division or the new Division, and the Founder would be promoted to Division Leader of the Division the Co Division Leader did not choose.
-
If the Division Leader of the existing Division remains, and does not rank up to Director, the Co Division Leader would then take over the new Division and the Founder would then be promoted to Co Division Leader and of their choice of the existing Division or the new Division.
-
Once these requirements are complete the Division Leader will await approval from the Division's Director and C.C.O.
-
The C.C.O. will then appoint a Senior Director and provide full access to the Division’s Tag/CMS to audit and verify the membership.
- If successful, the existing Division will then be deemed Flagship, a new Division Tag will be created and assigned, and the Division split will then commence immediately.
