Should the administration control the release of a scientific report they don't agree with?
Yes. The administration has rightful control of the position of the federal government. If they don't endorse the report then it shouldn't be released. (You're done! Enjoy the water. It's getting warmer all the time!)
No. Congress mandated the report, the taxpayers paid for it. It should be part of the public record. (proceed to question #4)
