There ST segment elevation in the inferior leads II, III, aVF. Lateral ST depression.This area is supplied by the right coronary artery.
The LAD supplies much of the anterior wall of the heart so requires early reperfusion.
Somewhat atypical gross ST elevation with some mild ST depression inferiorly. Know as the "widow maker".
The lateral wall is affected and you can see some inferior ST depression.
