If you scored 16 and above, you’re extremely stressed out. Be careful. Too much stress is harmful to your health. You really have no choice but to deal with it. If that’s such a struggle for you, get with your parents. Talk to them about how you feel. They’ll be able to help you deal with stress. They can also get the right support so that you could feel better.
Stress is everywhere. You can’t run away from it. Just deal with it before it eats you up. Reach out to someone who can help you. Talk to your parents or teachers about it.
