Organizational Background
Provide an overview of the relevant organization or group involved in your story. Explain the organization's mission, values, and the context in which your experience took place. This section should illustrate how the organization's characteristics relate to the situation you’re describing.
Trigger
Identify the specific event or moment that sparked action or decision-making within your story. Outline what prompted you or others to react, confront challenges, or take significant steps forward.
