Description
Musical intelligence is someone's ability to understand emotions, ideas, structures, and meaning through sound.

They're emotionally moved by music/musical phrases, they use music as a tool for focus/creativity, and often hum, sing, or tap to music.

It can be improved by organizing a collection, looking for different ways to solve a math problem (thinking outside the box), looking for patterns, doing puzzles, counting by 2’s, 3’s, 4’s, etc, practicing debating, and coming up with a hypothesis.

How you can improve
It can be improved by practicing self reflection, honesty, spending time alone, meditation/mindfullness, making personal goals, asking yourself deeper questions, and taking quizzes (just to get an idea of where your interests lie) (like this one!)

Description
Existential intelligence is the ability to think deeper, ponder big questions about meaning and existence, use values, morals, and beliefs to understand others, and see things from different points of view.

How you can improve
