A strength is something through which you can produce a positive outcome consistently. When you use your strengths regularly, it produces moments of joy and promotes feelings of satisfaction. In terms of spiritual development, many religions believe that these strengths are divinely inspired gifts given to us to be used for the care of others. This quiz will offer a brief understanding of your spiritual gifts so that you can "lean into" them and feel fulfillment when doing so.

The Apostle

The Apostle goes out into the world to create, inspire and build up new or re-imagined communities in places or cultures that are different from the one they grew up in. Apostles share their lifestyle in such a way that other people begin to follow the Apostle as teacher, mentor, or coach.
The Prophet

The Prophet uses words and deeds to influence a given situation for the purpose of truth telling or goal setting. Prophets intuitively know whether some behavior is holy or unholy. Prophets see the effects of the will and work of divinity in everyday life. Prophets overcome personal fear to speak the truth to communities, and particularly to people in positions of power.
The Pastor
Spiritual gifts are divinely empowering tools given to a person accomplish a life mission. Pastors assume responsibility for the spiritual wellness of other believers. Pastors stand beside people in need with a non anxious presence, bringing comfort, compassion, and encouragement so the person feels cared for. Sometimes Pastors step in to stop people that are headed toward danger. Pastors are great listeners!
The Teacher

Teachers to communicate truth and facts of the human experience in ways that serves as a catalyst for others to learn. Teachers understand, sometimes better than others, the workings of our physical, emotional, and/or spiritual world, making their teaching relevant to specific situations in our lives. Teachers are not the source of learning, they are catalysts for learner to educate and form or reform their unique worldview.
The Leader

Leaders motivate, direct, and inspire people in such a way that their community voluntarily and harmoniously works together to provide care, protection, and purpose to each of its members. Leaders build teams, ensure that all who are gathered have an equal voice, and most times are more concerned with lifting up other people than their own advancement and authority.
The Organizer
Spiritual gifts are divinely empowering tools given to a person accomplish a life mission. Organizers understand the goals of a community and create designed systems that empowers communities to reach their goals more effectively. Organizers keep the community on course, manage material assets, color code and alphabetize things, and offer myriad ways for the work of the community to be more efficient. Organizers do not like to spend hours doing a job that could have taken twenty minutes.
The Host

Hosts open their personal or community "home" willingly, offering care and fellowship cheerfully to other people. This gift empowers Hosts to identify unmet needs of people and to meet those needs. Caring for others is a human need, but Hosts have a special desire to find ways to serve, and receive great joy from it.
The Maker

Makers use hands and minds to build up their community by artistic, artisanal, and creative means. They are the ones who fix broken light bulbs, build homes for the homeless. They are the artists, artisans, actors, and musicians of the community, but are also the carpenters, landscapers, decorators, and any other creative work that improves people’s sensory experience of life.
The Chaplain

Chaplains pray for and are present to the community in unconditionally positive ways. Chaplains have extraordinary confidence in the promises, power, and presence of divinity, which allows them to take heroic stands and offer compassionate presence in the darkest times of the community and its individuals.Chaplians are listeners. Chaplains say, “Don’t lose hope. Don’t give up the ship. Don’t lose your faith...let’s pray about it. And I'll stay as long as you need me to."
The Healer
Spiritual gifts are divinely empowering tools given to a person accomplish a life mission.
Healers are catalysts of physical, emotional, and/or spiritual health. Healers feel exceptional empathy and compassion for those who are suffering and choose to devote large amounts of time and energy to understanding, treating, and combatting suffering. Healers will willingly bear the burdens of their patients and help them in such a way that the patient can find joy, expertise, and meaning.
