I am active most days of the week (not sitting all day)
Yes, I like to keep moving
When I can, but my work or school keeps me sitting a lot

I drink about 6 glasses of water and eat raw vegetables every day
Yes, I intentionally do this just about every day
I make an attempt to drink several glasses of water and at least 1 salad on most days
I eat salads when they come through the drive-through window and have at least 1 or 2 waters a day
No, unless high fructose corn syrup counts as a vegetable and there is water in coffee, right?
I have well-formed bowel movements once or twice daily
Like clockwork; two times every day, quick and easy!

Other than any recent injuries, I experience no joint pain or stiffness
I experience joint pain and or stiffness at least somewhere in my body everyday all day!
I wake up with joint pain or stiffness most days, but gets better as I start moving around
I typically will feel joint pain and or stiffness the day after I do something physically aggressive, but it eventually goes away
Maybe the day after a hard work out, but resolves quickly, otherwise no.
I have faith in God, and or believe my life has purpose, direction and meaning

I find purpose and meaning in my roles in my family, friends, at work or church
My purpose is to avoid pain, get lots of stuff and take care of #1 first; King me.
Life is meaningless and I have no idea what I am doing

I make time to maintain healthy relationships with my friends and loved ones

I am aware of my strengths as well as my weaknesses and I am willing to accept criticism from others
I am better than most people in several areas and get back at people who criticize me
I take offense when someone corrects or opposes me, but I'll get over it

I pretty much roll with the punches. I can take constructive criticism well
I brush and floss my teeth very regularly
Yep, I floss at least once and brush at least twice daily!
I will usually brush my teeth at least once every day and floss sometimes
I sometimes skip brushing my teeth, but don't floss unless something gets stuck in my teeth

I avoid harmful habits such as tobacco, alcohol and fast foods
I like to have fun once in awhile, but I don't do any of that regularly

I regularly consume caffeine beyond lunch time
If I didn't get my caffeine in the afternoon, I'm not sure I would even have a pulse
I occasionally enjoy my favorite Starbucks brew/coffee or energy drink in the afternoon or evening, but it doesn't seem to negatively affect me

I regularly live within my means and budget my spending monthly
I have a budget plan for my spending, and am trying to stick to it, but am not very consistent
I am on it! I live on a cash-basis, never in debt and can afford to stuff when I want to within reason

I avoid relationships with negative or self-destructive people
Yes, I prefer and insist on relationships with encouraging or positive people
I feel more comfortable being with people who are labeled as "negative" or "self-destructive"
I seem to attract those types of people and relationships. I would like to change that, but I don't know how
