Workplace Compatibility Quiz
Let's see how well you'd gel with our workplace!
What’s your approach to teamwork?
I’m a team player, always willing to lend a helping hand (and maybe a pen or two).
I’m a bit of a lone wolf, but I can work with others when necessary.
I love being part of a team, but there needs to be good communication.
Teamwork? Ugh, I’d rather not.
How do you handle stress?
Bring it on! The more stress, the more motivated I am!
Stress is my arch-nemesis, but I’ve learned to manage it.
Stress makes me want to hide under my desk and eat a whole bag of Cheetos.
Stress? What’s that?
What do you think about learning new things?
I’m all in! Bring on the tutorials and training sessions!
I’m willing to learn new things, but only if they’re relevant to my current projects.
Learning new things is okay, as long as it doesn’t interfere with my workload.
Learning? That sounds like a lot of work…
What are your thoughts on feedback?
Feedback’s great! I want to know how I can grow and improve.
Feedback can be great if it’s constructive and specific.
It’s a necessary evil, I guess.
I might burst into tears if you say anything about my work.
How do you prioritize your tasks?
By urgency: I tackle the most important stuff first.
By ease: I start with tasks that are quick and easy to complete.
I ask my boss what I should do first.
I use a highly technical method called ‘Eenie, meenie, miney, moe’.
What’s your stance on coffee?
I drink so much coffee that I can hear colours sometimes.
A little caffeine never hurt anyone.
Coffee is my love language.
Coffee is for the weak. Who needs it when you have energy?
Which animal do you think would make for the best workmate?
A cheetah (because they’d get stuff done extra fast)
A flamingo (because they’d always brighten up the office)
A parrot (because they’d have all the workplace gossip)
I prefer human coworkers, thanks
Congrats, you were born for this!
As it turns out, we’d go together better than peanut butter and jelly, so you’d make the perfect addition to our workplace sandwich.
You’d make a solid addition to our team
You’ve got skills and qualities that will help you succeed here, and it would be a pleasure to get to watch you grow.
Uh-oh, it looks like you might be in the wrong place
Are you sure your finger didn’t slip on a few of those questions?
