What BREED of Mom are you?
Let go of guilt and shame, and answer with what your gut tells you. It's okay. You can embrace what makes you unique, while also being an amazing mom and artist. We are all different, and our motherhood journey can be absolutely unique and unlike the other ladies around us. We don't have to ignore who we are in order to raise lovely humans.
You wake up, knowing you have a full day with the kids. Which is closest to the thoughts that are running through your head? Answer all that apply.
Full Time - ALL IN - Mama
Motherhood is your TOP priority! You love motherhood and you were BUILT to be a nurturer. You love feeling needed by your little ones and you feel so important and fulfilled from their sticky kisses, their snuggles, and the time they want to spend with you.
YOU ARE AMAZING. Your chidlren are SO blessed to have you.
Do NOT feel guilty or less than any of the Moms out there who are seeking after a career. THEY are feeling guilty looking at how you excel in your role as a Mom, so let's all strive to just be content and loving of ourselves for WHO WE ARE because each type of Mom has so much value to add to the world.
Embrace your love of motherhood. Lean into it. Do it however you see fit.
If you are an artist, then draw with your kids! Make time for however much art you FEEL like doing, but don't put any pressure on yourself. It's a natural skill and you won't lose it. Don't draw because you feel like you NEED to. Just take time for it when you WANT to.
Your kids are so blessed to have such a devoted mom.
Sweet Mama.
Be pateint with yourself.
Please take care of YOU.
It's time to work on healing. Re-discovering you. You are incredible, and you have so much light and unique talents, it's okay to take time to explore.
Do the inner work.
Mediate.
Journal.
Find ways to spark joy in your life again. Remove any guilt of taking that time for YOU. You can't pour from an empty cup. Your children WANT you to find happiness in this journey.
Really listen to what your body and your feeligns are telling you. Illness and fatigue are signs that your body is telling you there needs to be a change. Treat yourself with so much love. Once you have healed you can turn outward, but for now, focus inwards so you can mend your wounds.
As you are taking time for healing with self-help tools, your kids are going to learn so much about how THEY TOO can take care of themselves, and you can teach them what you've learned. There are reasons why this is happening to you, lessons to learn, and changes to be made. You were meant to find joy, you CAN find joy, so start CHANGING things up, and be patient with yourself. THis isn't your fault, you've done nothing wrong. Learn what you need to, change up what you can, and start seeing progress in how you feel.
You are wonderful.
YOu are not alone.
My suggestion is that this course would be best for you. It helps you re-discover who YOU are. Not just as an artist, but as a human with unique gifts, talents, an passions.
You were born to serve the world in a unique way.
You have ideas, and passions and it feels like if you keep them in then you'll explode. Maybe you tried putting your whole everything into motherhood, but you felt depressed, tired, disconnected from yourself and totally empty.
It's not because you're selfish.
It's not because you're a bad mom.
It's because your purpose and your life path is to serve others AND your famliy. You CAN DO BOTH.
FInd ways to balance. Your kids don't need you 100% of the time. You WANT to raise them to be independant and self sufficient. It will serve them in the long run. My mother did TOO MUCH for me and my siblings and once we left the home we were embarrassed at how lost we felt. Let your kids learn. GIve them love and give them the tools. Find great caretakers who love them and teach them. Find ways that you LOVE to be with them, find ways that being with them ENERGIZES you. It doesn't have to be for HOURS upon HOURS each day. Qualtiy time can be quick! And it will last in their memories, if you are consistent.

You are enjoying motherhood.
You enjoy Art.
But you don't feel any rush to do both at the same time.
This is beautiful and great.
Focus on your kids, and get ready to pick the art back up when they are all in school. Draw in the spare moments you find if it sounds fun to you. You don't need to push. You don't need to rush.
Don't compare yourself to other Moms.
Don't put pressure on yourself to go faster or push more than you WANT to.
Ignore guilt and shame, and just enjoy the moments you are getting to have with your little ones.
Draw with them. Have little art days. But don't put pressure on yourself to make perfect art. Keep it fun. Keep it light. And follow what your soul is asking you for.
