Is the cousin of the Fly Amanita which is known to be consumed for its psychoactive effects. The panther cap has a higher level of potency that can cause you to have hallucinations, synaesthesia, euphoria, dysphoria and retrograde amnesia. Toxic if consumed fresh and can lead to dehydration and even death if not treated right away.
