Nursinality Quiz!
Today’s meeting is all about identifying and how to tolerate the colorful personalities in the workplace. Before we jump into the nitty gritty, let’s see what my personality quiz thinks about you!
FYI this is anonymous so I'd appreciate your honesty!
You are confident in your role at your job and love to “flex.” Having control of every situation is of utmost importance to you and you don’t take kindly to being challenged in situations. There’s a thin line between your peers respect for you and fear of you but either way as long as your presence is known it’ll fly.
You are the person everyone consults whenever an issue arises. People speak highly of you and seek out your assistance with tasks because of your skill level and willingness to help.
You are the person everyone wants to work with. You make a point of exuding positive energy so that no matter how awful the shift is you can keep the team’s morale high. You have extraordinary “people skills” and are often the name and smiling face that patients/visitors/customers remember.
You are someone with no defined role because you dabble in everything. You pretty much “get in where you fit in,” and people appreciate you for that. You often help with the tasks that aren’t favorable and although may not step up in crisis, you help those who do.
You just come to work to clock in and clock out. The hours between are a blur. Sometimes you help out but most times you stay to yourself as to not be noticed because drawing too much attention to yourself just isn’t your thing.
Everyone knows everything about you and you know more about everyone way before anyone else does. You have a subtle way of prying information out of people and will talk to anyone who will listen. You get the gossip started and keep the momentum going.
