Restorative Yoga with Jenn
- This 60 minute offering at week's end will meet you right where you need. Created in effort to encourage complete relaxation in heart, body & mind, this restorative class will provide your nervous system the opportunity it needs to let go. Open to all levels. Bring any props you may desire. Wear comfortable layers, cozy socks & bring your favorite cup for tea. Donation-Based
Yoga Nidra with Maristela
- The only yoga pose here is Savasana. Rest and recover with guided Yoga Nidra, otherwise known as Psychic Sleep.
Gentle Flow Yoga with Chris
- $16. Use your breath with movement to feel calm, at peace and grounded.
Sounds like we are looking to build strength and endurance! Whether you are hoping to get energized or release some extra nervous energy, there are lots of options for you:
Power Flow / Yogalates with Lauren
- Lauren teaches a Power Flow and Yogalates style class featuring movement with breath in creative sequences. Students will build heat, strength, balance, and deep core strength while listening to fun, inspiring music. $15
Tired Tabata with JodiAnn
- Want to workout but don’t actually feel like getting up off the floor? This high intensity interval training uses tabata timing (8 rounds of 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest) to strengthen the entire kinetic chain with an emphasis on 360* core, all barefoot, while lying down on our backs or bellies.
Heart Flow Yoga with Kelley
- Metaphorically and physically! We are picking the pace up with a heart-pumping, heart forward Vinyasa Flow. 75 minutes. Donation-Based
Power Vinyasa with Becky
- Intentional breath to movement vinyasa flow style class to a curated playlist. Suitable for all levels.

- Sorry ladies, this one’s for the guys! A practice geared toward helping release tight muscles, strengthen and develop muscles; increasing stamina and endurance, enhancing body awareness, and expanding ease of mind, body, and spirit in a setting supportive of a man’s unique tenderness and strength. Moving Meditation with Sarah
- A great way to bring movement, mindfulness and the breath to your Sunday! Lots of Sun Salutations to help you get into the flow. Sliding $15-25

Women's Yoga - Gentle and Therapeutic with Karen
- This class is also available through Zoom. Women’s Yoga creates a sacred space for women to engage in self-discovery and self-expression. We explore the nuances of the yoga practice in the female body. Mostly gentle with an emphasis on adaptive and therapeutic methods. Students who prefer to use a chair or get on the floor are welcome. Beginners and those recovering from injuries are welcome!

Yoga for Beginners with Sarah
- Have you taken the Intro to Yoga Series or had a little bit of experience? You might appreciate this class! It’s not particularly gentle, but we’ll keep it pretty basic and offer lots of useful information as we move with attention and intention.

- Empower yourself to be, do, heal into your best self. This class is for all levels from beginner to seasoned yogi. Open to those who want to empower themselves with a practice that is heart centered, physical, deeply centering & ever evolving. Dance-ish with JodiAnn
- This 30 minute movement session provides even those of uswho don’t consider ourselves dancers, theopportunity to dance to lightly choregraphed empowering and inspiring music aswell as a chance to freestyle like no one is watching. Practically guaranteedto work the kinks out of our joints, the soreness out of our muscles and boost ourcollective mood.
Dance in Play with Amelia
- is based on contemporary/improvisation ideas and tools. We'll inspire movement in our bodies, make a dance in the moment WITH each other as a group.
Feel it Move it with Amelia
- Coming back to the body as a grounding source of health, imagination, and play. We will warm up with a variety of movement and awareness explorations then move into the restorative, expressive place of dance. Open to all adults and experience levels.
Creative Circuitry with Amelia
- This class begins with a somatic awareness practice or a thematic frame, followed by a circuit of meditation, movement, drawing/writing.

Full Moon Howl and Shake with Christina
- The intention of this monthly women's circle is to simply connect; with our bodies & with each other; through breath, somatic movement, & sharing what we want to celebrate, cultivate & release in our lives, harnessing the potency of the 13 full moons of the Lunar Year.
Weekly Yoga Moon Ritual with JodiAnn
- I offer a weekly Moon Phase Yoga Ritual. These practices are meant to be done all together, in sequence (from New Moon to 3rd Quarter Moon),for the full effect of setting and working through monthly intentions as well as responding to the waves of energy created by the various moon phases.
