Let's say you own a piece of property. You rent it to a business who lacks the foresight to serve Bobby Salazar's Salsa at every chance and so naturally that business fails. As a responsible gunslinging commercial property owner, what do you do?
Bobby Salazar, the gunslinger himself, correctly (and courageously, as he now faces the oppressive, anti-gunslinging heavy hand of the law) chose option #2 and stood up for Valley Values by giving the people what they want while simultaneously boosting the local motorcycle gang economy in ways government stimulus packages never have.
Allow the business to fail and have the restaurant owner ruin both your life and theirs as well as everyone in the San Joaquin Valley who cannot get the good food they deserve when they go out to eat with their family.
Hire a motorcycle gang to burn down the restaurant so you can collect on the insurance payout and the restaurant owners no longer need to face the public humiliation of being a POS loser restaurant that doesn't serve Bobby Salazar salsa--or at least doesn't do so to the degree and frequency the public obviously wants and deserves.
