Your Worth needs Work
Unfortunately your worth is at a very low point and you don’t feel at all deserving of the love, time and attention that is so rightfully yours. When we don’t like ourselves on a deep level, or our experiences in the world have made us abandon ourselves for the benefit of others, then we really need to get support. Feeling this unworthy will affect so many elements of your life, your relationships and your career. I urge you to begin the journey of healing, even if it seems daunting and hard, you won’t regret it. Find a therapist you can trust, or failing that confide in a close friend or relative, get the support you need. It’s impossible to do it alone. Your Worth is Wilting
Your self worth is wilting and definitely needs some watering and TLC. You may feel ok about yourself sometimes, but you’re most likely triggered into feelings of shame or self criticism by certain people, events and situations. If you find yourself not having great boundaries and often doing things you don't really want to do, then it’s time to get curious about this, to rediscover your self-worth by understanding how your unique story has created the emotional blueprint for your life. You deserve to feel worthy of love and respect no matter what. It might be time to start some healing personal work. Your a Worthy Warrior
Well done, you’ve cultivated strong self worth and a loving relationship with yourself, and in my eyes, that’s the most important thing we can do in life. Feeling worthy and deserving of love and good things is your MO, you’re strong and confident in who you are and how you feel, and as a result, can feel comfortable in your relationships and around other people. Hurrah.
