Having trouble finding a listing? Maybe it has been mapped incorrectly!
Accurate location mapping is imperative in real estate. It's like a GPS to your property, guiding potential buyers to the doorstep. When you pinpoint your listing precisely, you're showcasing professionalism, and the ability for your listing to be found by fellow REALTORS®, and the public.
It is part of the PropTx MLS® Rules to make sure you listing is accurate, and that inlcudes mapping. So, the next time you're creating your listing, make sure to map it out accurately and check your spelling - your clients will thank you, and you'll stand out in the real estate game.
How well do you map your listings? Take this quick four-question quiz to find out!
