The British Monarchy has most recently been in the spotlight due to the marriage of Prince William to “commoner” Kate Middleton.  With the younger Royals themselves demonstrating increased assimilation with the wider population through Prince Harry's Afghanistan tour, Princess Margaret's daughter Zara getting hitched to her personal trainer and William's recent nuptials to Ms. Middleton, is it time for us to call time on the Royals? What do they really represent these days? Are they still relevant or just a collection of expensive living waxworks, draining the taxpayers' coffers?
