At $6 on the reserve menu, this coffee is a crowd pleaser and favourite, and you really can't go wrong ordering it!
Watermelon Cake, Milk-based, from Toby's Estate
The second installation of the Toby's Estate 'Flavour Focussed' milk espresso blends, Watermelon Cake is a bizarre and incredible coffee that tastes like everything pink and sweet. It has big bold notes of pink marshmallow and musk stick, followed by a distinct watermelon taste, and a rosewater-like finish. Guaranteed to blow minds!
Hectic Milk Blend, Milk-based, from ONA Coffee
A reissue of the blend that was taken to the German barista championship in 2018, Hectic Milk Blend 2.0 consists of two Ethiopian coffees, Indigo #1212 and Diamond #0420 which alone have both been used by competitors in regional or national barista championships. This really is a world class, competition level milk coffee that can only be found at two places in the world, Tortoise Espresso being one of them!
Bakehouse Spice, Espresso, from ONA Coffee
From the 'Autumn Aromas' seasonal release from ONA Coffee, this espresso blend is a very exciting coffee, with a component of it actually being aged in barrels with cinnamon to add that extra spicy zing!

A classic, classy Ethiopian Yirgacheffe espresso roasted by Industry Beans. This coffee is bright, vibrant and exciting and you'd be hard pressed not to enjoy it!
Apple Crumble, Filter, From Symmetry Coffee
A crazy filter roast from Symmetry Coffee Roasters in Blackburn, this coffee tastes and smells like a fresh apple crumble. It comes from the San Monica farm in Colombia and has been anaerobically fermented with cinnamon and citric acid!
Potpourri, Filter, from ONA Coffee
The filter component of the Autumn Aromas seasonal release from ONA Coffee, this is a perfect coffee if you're just branching out to try pour-overs or are a seasoned professional who just wants a really fantastic filter coffee. Reminiscent of potpourri, this blend has distinct notes of rose and elderflowers, combined with a comforting hint of sweet spices.
