The Vineyards at Pine Lake offer a variety of different wines. If you're not familiar with the different types of wine, allow us to choose a bottle based on your personal preferences.

Signature Cabernet

Notes of vanilla, dark berry fruits and black olives with hints of cedar. Smooth tannins, dark berries and pleasant spiciness.

Syrah

Rich aromas of blackberries, plums, blueberries with some spiciness. Complex flavors of blackberries, plums and dark fruits.

Gewürztraminer

Aromas of honeysuckle, dried flower, black pepper and lychee. Pear and white peaches are also present with hints of grapefruit and mineral accents.

Vineyards White

Harvested from our own vines and perfected on-site. This delightful blend of Cayuga White (42%), Vidal Blanc (34%), Melody (20%) and Valvin Muscat (4%) join together perfectly. Citrus, apricot and honey aromas.

Hidden Cherries

A 100% estate-grown blend of three varieties (Niagara, Cayuga White & Melody) blended with natural, black cherry flavoring. Fruity aromas with just the right amount of cherry notes.

Blue Orchard

Made from locally sourced Honeycrisp apples, sweetened with natural blueberry flavoring. Cinnamon, almond, baked apple, blackberry, and blueberry aromas.

Avily

Zinfandel blush wine with aromas of cherries, raisins, strawberries and watermelon.

Lindale

Sweet grape aromas with hints of citrus and melon. Cotton candy sweetness on the palate.
