You are driven and focused and you are able to break down tasks into smaller chunks that allow you to progress step by step along your path to success.
Your goals are clearly set out and you pursue them with courage and positivity. Any set-backs are met thoughtfully but with resilience.
Just take care that you maintain an appropriate level of risk management and carefully assess the pros and cons. Keep a balance between being grounded and being imaginative.

You always start out with good intentions; your goals are clear and you have a vague plan of action. Confidence, however, can be an issue and it's easy to lose heart. Similarly, concentration can be elusive so perhaps be aware of those times when distractions become tempting and try and break down tasks into bite-sized chunks to prevent overwhelm and to promote focus.
Encountering criticism or making mistakes are part of the journey and it might help to remember that you are in control when it comes to assessing feedback. Ask yourself whether you feel a comment or an action, whether negative or positive, is acceptable to you and have faith in your opinion and decision. This will help to build resilience and confidence.

Hmmm! Motivation towards goals isn't a priority right now!
It might just be that you're happy with the status quo. It's a great place to be and many people are desperately in search of contentment. Read no further!
If, however, you would like to work towards a goal but feel overwhelmed, fearful or lack the confidence to move forward then here are some things to think about.
  • Are you fearful of success?
  • Are you clear about your goals and are they right for you?
  • Do your goals have clarity or are they unfocused?
  • How important are your goals compared to other aspects of your life?
  • Do you exercise autonomy in your life?
  • Are you being challenged enough?
  • Are other areas of your life being fulfilled?
  • Are you exhausted?
  • Do you break tasks down into manageable chunks?
  • Are you fearful about what you could lose if you change?
