Depends where
In very, very small and peaceful communities, then yes anarchy is viable. On a mass-scale, replacing nation-states with anarchic rule is unrealistic, given the level of bureaucracy and power that currently exists to support the current system.

Anarchy is too far out
I have yet to hear a well-thought-out explanation of which mechanisms could set rules and keep the peace amongst a group of people without a government. If someone can show me a rational and realistic model, then maybe I would support it! Of course I want equality and community decision-making, butMore...
